Register for Card Clinic

Card Clinic is strictly limited to 20 registrants, plus staff. Spaces are allotted solely on a first come, first served basis. To register please fill out this form, and you will receive a confirmation with billing via PayPal. You must provide a non-refundable 50% deposit. After April 1, 2005, registration fees and hotel room charges must be paid in full, only through Stack Clinic, and are not refundable. Rooms and rates cannot be guaranteed beyond this date; although we will attempt to accommodate latecomers if possible, there are no guarantees.

Please be aware that we ask and expect you to register for your hotel accommodations through the Clinic, as the room rates and quantity are part of our arrangement with the hotel in order to defray meeting room and other related production costs. Please do not register directly with the hotel. Registrants who live locally or choose to stay elsewhere than at the conference hotel will be charged a $100 commuter fee to defray meeting room and production costs. There are no exceptions to this policy. These are standard professional conference arrangements and we appreciate your cooperation with these guidelines.

FRIDAY EVENING PUBLIC PERFORMANCE

Jamy Ian Swiss and Roberto Giobbi will perform in a special Card Clinic public show on Friday evening. Your ticket is included with your Card Clinic registration. Spouses, friends, and other public are encouraged and welcome to attend; additional tickets are required. Tickets are $25 each, and we recommend purchasing in advance.
